Friday kicks off with wiffle ball in the field at 7 p.m., followed by a pool tournament in the Rec Hall at 8:30 p.m. Saturday morning, help us honor our real-life superheroes - our first responders - with coffee and donuts in the Pool Pavilion at 10 a.m. Challenge your family to parents vs. kids kickball at 11 a.m., then create string cheese superheroes at 1 p.m. The superhero costume contest begins at 4 p.m., with categories for all ages and pets, followed by water balloon pinatas at 5 p.m. Create your own popsicle masterpiece at 6 p.m., ready for pickup Sunday at 11 a.m.

Our site decorating contest and Toys for Tots drive begin Thursday, followed by kids' swim at 7 p.m. Friday brings a water balloon toss at 11 a.m., poolside hot dogs at 1 p.m., and our golf cart and bike parade with prizes at 3 p.m. Make festive blowers at 4 p.m., then enjoy adult swim from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday features our Kids Can Cook Series making donut apples at 11 a.m., poolside music with our DJ at 1 p.m., followed by a scavenger hunt at 2 p.m. and cornhole competition at 3 p.m. ($10 entry fee).     As we wrap up our 2025 season, please help us support our community by donating non-expired, non-perishable food items to the Welcome Center - last year, our generous campers donated 15 bags of food to the Community Church! Please note that closing time is 12 p.m. on October 26 (no exceptions), and campfires are not permitted on the final day. Remember to disconnect all utilities (water, electric, and septic) before departure. Thank you for another wonderful season, and we look forward to welcoming you back in spring!

  • Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

Reservation & Payment Policy

  • Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance will be due on arrival.
  • Prices and site type are subject to availability.
  • The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 
  • Additional guests are $10/night.
  • By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds I have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
  • No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
  • RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
  • Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
  • Daily and weekly reservations: For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
  • Extended stays: for long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.

Pet Policy

  • Up to 2 dogs are allowed at campsites. No aggressive breeds. Please clean up after pets, keep on leash at all times, and do not leave unattended on site. Sorry, no pets allowed in some rentals.
